What’s more, the team’s shared passion for cinema, and science fiction in particular, was the starting point for the Cheetah project.

Step 1 : Project launch

The cornerstone of the project? Building a new community that shares our values. Thes opportunity for us to assess your expectations. Beware, we may blow your mind with content, and innovative communication !

Step 2: DAO

The DAO will bring all of our registrants together in one place. This allow you to contribute, to the creation of a 3D animation series on all aspects (in real, not like PLUGG bear 😂). Scripting, directing, broadcasting... you have the power !

Step 3: Pilot Episode

The pilot will introduce the concept to the world, an opportunity for us to test the audience's excitement. Led by our community, the episode will reveal the Cheetah universe, between multidimensional journey and dystopia. The adventure has just begun !

Step 4: Merch

Created by our French stylist in a workshop located in Versailles (France), the clothing collection will be reserved only for premium members. We aspire to develop a rang of clothing that integrates textile innovation and French know-how 🐓. Each piece will be embroidered with an NFT token ID from out Cheetah collection.

Step 5: Season 1 of Cheetah SERIES

The series will come to life thanks to the work of our technical teams, but especially thanks to the direction of CAD. We will reward our shareholders by sharing the profits generated by the various revenues and exploitation rights.

  • The purchase price will be between 1 and 2 SOL per NFT. The team is able to change the unit price until the collection release, depending on the change in Solana (SOL) price.

  • Each of our items are prepared with the utmost attention. With over 3333 items available, each NFT is unique and has a wide variety of accessories. That’s why a listing will be released on our networks in the next few weeks. It will determine the % rarity held of each item in the collection.

    But, some items are more valuable than others...

  • A DAO is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization. The goal is to replicate the company's structure where rules and regulations are developed using open source code and implemented through smart-contracts.

    To be clear, a DAO enables you to be a shareholder and possess governance tokens that give you voting privileges in the company's board of directors.

  • Our primary goal is to build a community project around the 3D animated series on Cheetah.

    That’s why integrating DAO allows you to acquire decision rights on design, production, distribution... and much more. All members will receive an equal share of their initial investment from the profits generated by Cheetah's Season I.

    By investing in the Cheetah DAO, you have the power to evolve protocol. Propose your ideas, federate and become a powerful representative of the DAO.

    Cheetah will be the first film to feature a NFT character, directed and owned by his own community at the bosom of a DAO.

  • It will take 8 to 10 weeks after the Mint for all our rules to be established and carefully written in our smart-contracts. After that, the financing phase will open.

    Warning: The DAO will close its doors to the new entrant at the time the pre-established budget threshold is reached.

  • During the funding phase, which will be announced beforehand on our networks, our protocol will provide governance tokens to validate your membership and access your voting rights.
